01. How do I get a specific care when I need it?
You are welcome to visit Care4U during office hours. While appointments via phone or email are preferred, walk-ins are also welcome. If possible, please call ahead before your visit so we can prepare and minimize your wait time. Our office hours are from 9AM till 5PM but our call centres are available 24/7 to assist you.
02. Is there coverage available for seniors and minors?
Upon request, Care4U staff can offer guidance for individuals with medical conditions that require special care or additional documentation. We typically offer discounted healthcare for cases involving specific diseases and illnesses as outlined by law.
03. What shall I do if I need lab tests to be conducted?
Care4U offers patients the option to request on-site lab tests and analyses for prioritized cases. Additional tests can be arranged off-site, with the associated costs being provided upon request.
04. Are periodic services offered?
